Elsbeth is responsible for The Predictive Index’s communications strategy. Serving as the voice of the company, she creates and executes programs that encourage brand advocacy, increase global reach, and provide the best experience for business prospects and clients.
In February 2016 The Predictive Index moved its corporate headquarters to 101 Station Drive in Westwood, MA. Our new modern office occupies more than 21,000 square feet of space, nearly doubling in size from our previous location in Wellesley.
We added more than 30 new employees in 2015, and expect to hire a dozen more in the coming months so it was important that our new office was flexible and could grow with us, but more importantly, we want to make sure it's an awesome place to work.
We engaged designer Lannhi Tran, Founder and Chief Designer of Little Dragon Decor to create our exciting new HQ with a focus on brand, culture, collaboration, and engagement. The new office space captures the essence of our brand and really does foster high employee engagement and teamwork. There's definitely an energy and buzz in the new space that's got everyone pumped to be part of PI.
Thank you to the following companies that helped us make our new office space possible:
- Space planning and design: Lannhi Tran, Little Dragon Decor
- Architects: Margulies Perruzzi Architects
- Construction: Commodore Builders
- Property management: National Development
We're very proud of our new home and hope you'll come visit soon. In the meantime, take a photo tour of our new office!
UPDATE: Our offices received an Award for Best New Workplace: Small Renovation from CoreNet New England in 2016.
